CLAVERACH PARK BUILDING SIGNATURES
The City of Clayton asks those submitting building applications to get signatures from at least two of the three neighborhood trustees. The trustees ask that residents first show their plans to the affected neighbors and get their signatures stating they have been made aware of the plans. By signing, neighbors are not waiving their right to raise concerns with the trustees or the city. Their signatures assure trustees that all parties have been informed. Please submit along with this sheet a PDF and printed copy of your proposed design, including a site plan indicating Claverach Park setbacks (50’ front, 10’ side, 10’ rear) and proposed materials. The trustees reserve the right to request additional information prior to approval.
